A sworn translation is a translation carried out by a translator authorised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Union. We have more than ten years of experience behind us, with a strong focus on customer service, by carrying out quality work in a timely and accurate manner.
The translation is sent to the client with the signature and stamp of the sworn translator on each page, maintaining the legal validity of the document, both in physical and digital format.
Each document has its own language, and it is the professional’s ability that will determine the permanence of the meaning of the translated document with respect to the original. It is therefore important to maintain the fidelity of the content of the text, to use correct wording, grammar, spelling, punctuation and syntax, spacing, and of course names, data and dates. The adaptation of the language to the purpose of the original text and the use of vocabulary, idioms and expressions specific to the target language.
In order to carry out certain administrative procedures, it is sometimes necessary to have a series of documents requested by official bodies in Spain. Consequently, if some of these documents are in another language, it is essential to translate them, requiring the intervention of a properly accredited translator.
Our mission is to make language available to our clients, generating final documents translated from the original, of high grammatical and spelling, syntax and writing quality.
All our translations are legally valid to be used in any procedure or process that may be requested.
A digital signature is a digital certificate that gives any document legal validity. There are different entities that can issue a digital certificate, for example the Mint and Stamp, where they can be easily obtained.
The sworn translation of a contract guarantees the accuracy and ensures that the content and meaning of the clauses and stipulations contained in the original are maintained and expressed in the same terms in the translated document, maintaining the objective and purpose of the same.
